For the 2024-2025 school year, ALL enrolled students will Continue to receive FREE Breakfast and Lunch!

 Only if your child is New to Helendale or has not yet done so, do you need to complete an Income Form! 
Returning students do NOT need to complete an Income Form.
  • Income Forms must be completed in place of Meal Applications.
  • This important Income Form helps your child's school receive the full educational funding it deserves! 
  • All information is kept confidential and is not shared nor sold.
  • The information will NOT be used to determine your child's eligibility since meals will be free to all students regardless of income.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
