National Honor Society of Sports Medicine

Welcome to the National Honor Society of Sports Medicine ACE High School Chapter.  Students will earn a varsity letter after 2 years in the program and have the option to compete in the California State Competition through the National Honor Society of Sports Medicine (NHSSM) in April and possibly move on to the National Competition. All members must maintain a GPA of 3.5 minimum.

The purpose of the NHSSM is to create enthusiasm for scholarship in the area of Sports Medicine and other fields directly related to sports medicine, to stimulate a desire to render service in the community, to promote leadership, and to assist in the development of character in high school students. Students are required to have a cumulative GPA of 3.2 and a Sports Medicine GPA of 3.5.  Graduating seniors may be awarded service, scholarship, and leadership pins as well as a cord if they are members in good standing.
